CAILI does not decide who was right or wrong in the story that inspired it. We put a transparent Offer onchain and give the choice back to the people at its center.
FIRST DOOR · DAYS 1–15
Tiantian has always been my white moonlight. If she chooses to respond, and her identity and wallet address can be independently verified, I hope the CAILI community can make her an optional community Offer.
This is not a demand, not a debt, and does not imply authorization, participation, or endorsement. She may accept, decline, or simply do nothing.
THE SECOND DOOR · DAYS 16–30
If the first phase produces no eligible Recipient, the Offer opens to Mr. Sun (@justinsuntron). If he chooses to accept and completes the same identity and wallet verification process, this Caili can become another ending to the story.
No wallet address is pre-selected. Any eventual proposal must still follow the deployed CAILIVault rules: after the Mission reaches its target and enters RESPONSE, the Controller can propose one address once.

During the deployed Vault’s single 30-day RESPONSE window, the Founder publicly commits to following this response order. This is a public policy, not two automatic onchain sub-phases.

We record and publicly verify it, but it is not entered into the Vault yet. The contract only allows the recipient proposal after the Mission reaches its target and enters RESPONSE. Once proposed, the address cannot be replaced or withdrawn.

Caili (彩礼) is the traditional Chinese betrothal gift given in connection with marriage.
CAILI turns that cultural idea into an onchain community experiment.
CAILI is planned for issuance by the project team through v4.fun Classic on Robinhood Chain Mainnet, using the ERC-20 standard.

THE ¥30M MISSION
Reach the target early? Funding ends immediately and RESPONSE begins. There is no need to wait out 90 days.
The onchain target is fixed in ETH at deployment. ¥30M is the reference goal; RMB values are estimates.
Target reached → RESPONSEThe fee transaction that reaches the fixed ETH target ends Funding immediately.
Deadline missed → Burn ReserveIf still below target after the deadline, anyone can execute expiry under the contract rules.
One onchain proposal → REVIEWThe Controller may propose one recipient address within the deadline. That transaction immediately starts an independent 7-day review.
No proposal in time → Burn ReserveAfter the deadline, anyone can execute expiry. A reply on social media is not an onchain proposal.
A fixed public waiting period after the address is proposed. No claim is allowed during these 7 days. This is not a vote, automatic identity check, or community veto.
After the waiting period → the independent 7-day claim window opens.
Recipient claims → Gift paidOnly the proposed recipient address can actively claim after review, within its claim deadline.
No claim in time → Burn ReserveAfter the claim deadline, anyone can execute expiry to move the Mission funds into the reserve.
The Controller proposes one address publicly under the contract rules. After the 7-day waiting period, that address must claim for itself. No recipient is confirmed here before an onchain proposal.
Time passing does not execute a transaction. Expiry must be executed onchain; the contract can also finalize failed Funding when a later fee arrives. Buyback and burn require separate execution after funds enter the reserve.
Funding target reached → Response → Review → Claim → Gift paid.
Funding expires below target, no recipient is proposed, or the recipient does not claim → Mission funds enter Burn Reserve.
Burn Reserve is not a completed buyback or burn. The current Burner is not active.
FEE ECONOMICS
1.50% creator-side fee of trade value
↳ 0.75% of trade value → holder rewards via v4.fun
↳ 0.75% of trade value → CAILIVault (half of the creator-side fee)
+ 0.50% of trade value → v4.fun platform
Holder rewards never enter CAILIVault. Eligibility and claiming follow v4.fun’s reward rules. The Vault’s Community Fund is recorded in the Vault, then sent to the fixed Community Wallet by payCommunity(); the project team arranges its use. It is not an onchain charity or DAO vote pool.
After Funding starts, a normal ETH transfer to the Vault is handled as a receipt for the current phase—not a full Mission deposit or a refundable top-up. Vault totals alone do not prove that every payment came from a v4.fun trade fee.
Total: 2.00% of trade value
Funding allocation uses the block time when ETH actually enters the Vault. Unclaimed fees still sitting in an upstream FeeVault do not count; a late claim cannot backdate a Day-89 trade. After Funding ends, later amounts entering the Vault use Phase II ratios.

For each ETH amount A actually received by the Vault (0.75% of trade value, half of the 1.50% creator-side fee), calculated in integer wei:
Funding: burn = floor(2A/15); community = floor(3A/15); mission = A − burn − community (approximately 2/3). Remainder wei go to Mission; any Mission surplus above the target moves to Burn Reserve.
After Funding: community = floor(A/3); burn reserve = A − community. Remainder wei go to Burn Reserve. These are allocations, not completed buybacks. The DEAD destination is fixed in the contract; it is not chosen by configureBurn().
